Terms & Conditions

Bookings

For all mobile bookings, there must be access to water and electricity to undergo any work unless stated otherwise. If there is no access to either, we have the right to terminate the booking or reschedule to a more suitable time and location. We only serve areas from Gordonvale to Kewarra Beach. Any locations outside of this will be subject to an extra call-out fee. For mobile jobs we will only work from 8:30am-4pm and will not be rushed if the client has made other commitments with the vehicle/s booked in.

Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the booking date. There is a 20% cancellation fee of the estimated service cost (minimum $50 fee for any quotes lower than $250) for any bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the booking date. By making a booking with Precision Detailing you are agreeing to these terms.

Quotes

All over-the-phone quotes are base prices and are subject to change depending on a vehicle's condition and extra work not accounted for or undisclosed by the client. To provide an estimate over the phone, photos must be provided otherwise only base prices will be provided which is not an official quote for your specific vehicle, only a rough idea for your situation. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise or vehicle's condition/situation changes. All official quotes include travel expenses, materials, tax, and labour.

Ceramic Coating Warranties

All ceramic coatings come with a warranty from Precision Detailing as long as our maintenance guide is followed. If by any means the maintenance guide is not followed or a vehicle is used off road we are unable to help with any warranty claims. We are happy to help with any problems caused by user error however this will not fall under a warranty claim. Each warranty is unique to the manufacturer's claim on longevity and durability. We will warrant the protective properties of a ceramic coating and any warranty claims must be inspected before making any decision. 

Client Confidentiality

All photos and videos posted online will maintain client confidentiality by blurring or hiding all registration plates and not mentioning any client details such as name and location unless otherwise agreed upon.

Work and Refund Policy

Once a job is completed each client will have to opportunity to inspect and look over the vehicle. Once the client has inspected and paid there are no full or partial refunds given afterwards due to the service already being carried out. Once a job is completed the client is legally required to pay for the services provided. In the uncommon case that a client refuses to pay, they will be sent a letter of demand and furthermore legal action will be taken.
